The Role We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Project Manager to lead our growth within the midstream sector.

You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle: identifying and capturing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the technical execution of midstream infrastructure projects.

The focus will be on penetrating key markets and delivering excellence in engineering design and construction support. Key Responsibilities 1.

Business Development & Strategy Market Intelligence: Identify upcoming midstream projects within target regions.

Capture Management: Lead the "win strategy" for RFPs/RFIs, including technical scoping, fee estimation, and competitive positioning.

Client Relationship Management: Act as Engineering’s primary point of contact for midstream operators, maintaining a robust pipeline of repeat and new business.

Project Execution & Technical Leadership Project Lifecycle Management : Oversee projects from FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) through to construction and close-out.

Budget & Schedule Control: Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high-margin performance.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet regulatory and client standards.

Team Management Team Coordination: Lead assigned staff by working with other project managers to schedule tasks and prioritize workloads.

Team Growth: Support professional growth of assigned staff through coaching and development.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Process preferred) or Diploma in Engineering Technology Min.

  • 7 years of project management, engineering and design experience Experience in the engineering consulting services industry including roles with management and business development responsibilities Project project management record in multi-disciplinary environments The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of midstream clients Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Google Workspace Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team, both as a team member and as a leader Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships General Information Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.

Occasional field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
