Join Our Dynamic Team as a Design Engineering Technologist!
Location: Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada
Company: C&A Group
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop preliminary designs with the project management and design team.
- Communicate designs to stakeholders through meetings and technical drawings.
- Detail the designs in 3D CAD (Solidworks) and select OEM equipment to integrate with designs.
- Drafting of parts and assemblies for fabrication.
- Facilitate release of fabrication drawings to project management and shop operations.
- Manage schedule to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Travel to job sites to measure as-built conditions for design integration.
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma in Engineering Technology or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience
- Must have experience with 3D CAD software – Solidworks preferred
- Understanding of manufacturing process systems and construction principles
- Passion for learning, self-improvement, teamwork, and team development
- Knowledge of steel fabrication, machine shop processes and mechanical system expertise (conveyors, processing equipment, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
