Location: Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada

Company: C&A Group

Salary: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

Develop preliminary designs with the project management and design team.
Communicate designs to stakeholders through meetings and technical drawings.
Detail the designs in 3D CAD (Solidworks) and select OEM equipment to integrate with designs.
Drafting of parts and assemblies for fabrication.
Facilitate release of fabrication drawings to project management and shop operations.
Manage schedule to ensure jobs are completed on time.
Travel to job sites to measure as-built conditions for design integration.

What We Are Looking For:

Diploma in Engineering Technology or Equivalent
Minimum 1 year of industry experience
Must have experience with 3D CAD software – Solidworks preferred
Understanding of manufacturing process systems and construction principles
Passion for learning, self-improvement, teamwork, and team development
Knowledge of steel fabrication, machine shop processes and mechanical system expertise (conveyors, processing equipment, etc.).
Excellent oral and written communication skills
