Position Summary / Objective :
As an Engineering Co-Op you will assist the engineering team in the activities related to capital expenditure projects (CAPEX) as needed.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate and Uphold Riverside's Core Values
- Understand and enforce Riverside's Food Safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with the engineering team and project stakeholders to provide engineering and project management support during the origination, evaluation, vendor selection and / or negotiation phases
- Manage stakeholders through effective communication and ways of working
- Liaise with contractors during project executions
- Assist with engineering trials and CAPEX coordination activities
- Keep the work atmosphere FUN by keeping it light and welcoming
- Other related duties as assigned
