- Job description: We are seeking motivated people to join our team at Harmac Pacific Pulp Mill for our annual maintenance shutdown from March 16-26, 2026.
All holewatch training is provided onsite.
Under the direction of the Holewatch Supervisors , you will support operations by keeping our contractors safe.
Shifts are 10-12 hours, with both dayshifts and nightshifts offered.
Key Responsibilities: Record keeping Using a radio for communication Ensure safety of contractors Monitor activities inside and outside of vessels Work with our gas testers Open and close vessels Qualifications: Able to work 10-12 hour shifts.
Available the week of March 9, 2026, and between March 16-26, 2026 Able to work 40 hours per week during the shut down period (March 16-26, 2026) Must be physically capable of carrying out job requirements Previous experience in pulp and paper or other manufacturing industries would be considered a strong asset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
