Job description
Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented Copy Editor. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in ensuring clear, concise, and accurate content across a range of digital and print communications.
Responsibilities :
- Proofread, fact-check, and edit copy for grammar, style, consistency, and brand voice
- Collaborate with writers, marketers, and designers to review and enhance content
- Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines and AP style
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Provide constructive feedback to writers and suggest improvements
- Verify accuracy of references, statistics, and citations
- Maintain content tracking systems and support the overall editorial workflow
- Previous experience as a Copy Editor
- Strong command of grammar, style, punctuation, and spelling
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with content management systems and proofreading tools is a plus
