    Responsibilities

    Documentation & Compliance

    • Lease Administration : Drafting and processing lease agreements, renewals, and notices in compliance with provincial regulations.
    • Record Keeping : Maintaining organized digital and physical files for tenant profiles, insurance certificates, and building audits.
    • Operations & Tenant Relations
    • Service Coordination : Acting as the primary liaison between tenants, property managers, and maintenance staff to resolve issues promptly.
    • Vendor Management : Coordinating with third-party contractors for repairs, landscaping, and janitorial services; reviewing service contracts and invoices. Financial & Administrative Support
    • Rent Collection : Monitoring accounts receivable, issuing invoices, and following up on outstanding rent payments.
    • Budgeting Assistance : Verifying utility expenses and assisting with the preparation of annual operating budgets.

    Facility Oversight

    • Site Inspections : Scheduling regular building walk-throughs to ensure property standards and safety protocols are met.
    • Move-In / Move-Out Coordination : Managing the logistics of tenant transitions, including key handovers and suite inspections.

    Qualifications

    • Min 2 years Property Admin experience
    • excellent communication, written / verbal
    • proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
