    Responsibilities

    • Documentation & Compliance
    • Paperwork Preparation : Drafting Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and commercial invoices.
    • Record Keeping : Organizing shipping logs and digital files for auditing and billing purposes.
    • Order Fulfillment : Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and labeled correctly.
    • Communication & Problem Solving
    • Internal Liaison : Acting as the primary contact between the sales, production, and accounting departments.
    • Vendor Relations : Negotiating contracts and service rates with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
    • Reverse Logistics : Managing the process of customer returns, repairs, or recycling
    • Stock Reconciliation : Verifying that physical inventory matches the data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

    Qualifications

    • Min 2 years Logistics Coordinator experience
    • excellent communication, written / verbal
    • proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
