- Design, develop, and maintain automated cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure IaC (Terraform and/or Bicep).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
- Architect, deploy, and support applications and workloads across large-scale Azure environments.
- Develop automation and tooling using Python, Node.js, Java, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions aligned with best practices and enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud infrastructure, networking, automation, and deployments.
- Ensure cloud architectures follow security, governance, and compliance guidelines.
- (For designated networking role) Provide subject matter expertise in Azure Networking—VNets, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Private Links, ExpressRoute, routing, NSGs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in coding/scripting using at least one: Python, Node.js, Java, or PowerShell.
- Strong experience with Azure IaC: Terraform or Bicep.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
- Solid and broad Microsoft Azure knowledge across compute, storage, networking, identity, governance, monitoring, and security.
- Proven track record operating in large-scale Azure environments.
- For at least one candidate: Advanced Azure Networking skills, including routing, VNet architecture, hybrid connectivity, firewalls, and security controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to drive work independently.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work in global, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, AKS, containerization.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and governance frameworks.
- Exposure to site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.
- Monitoring and observability tools experience (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
- 5–10 years of relevant hands-on cloud engineering / DevOps experience (flexible depending on role level).
