In-depth knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Monitoring. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. Strong understanding of CI / CD principles and experience with continuous integration and deployment tools. Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes. Experience with cloud security best practices and familiarity with IAM and KMS on GCP. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be building, deploying, and maintaining our loan processing and servicing infrastructure on GCP. You'll leverage your DevOps expertise and deep understanding of GCP services to automate processes, ensure high availability, and drive continuous improvement within our DevOps environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design, develop, and implement automated build, deployment, and testing pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure on GCP, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud SQL.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Configure and manage security best practices in GCP, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cloud Key Management Service (KMS).
- Monitor system health and performance using tools like Cloud Monitoring and Stackdriver Error Reporting.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and security professionals to ensure seamless integration between development, operations, and security.
- Proactively identify and implement performance improvements and cost optimization strategies for our GCP environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest GCP services and best practices, and continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
