In our Merchandising & Transportation Development Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of our business while developing a strong understanding of supply chain operations, commodity movement, and commercial decision-making. Through exposure to logistics, trucking and warehousing, rail or marine transportation, you’ll play an important role supporting the movement of agricultural and food and ingredient products through domestic and global supply chains.
Responsibilities:
Begin the program in our transportation department where you’ll gain practical experience in transportation planning, logistics coordination and supply chain execution.

The program is designed to provide real-world experience, cross-functional development, and exposure to global commodity markets. The program provides a pathway for growth into progressively responsible roles that support the movement of Canadian agricultural products through global supply chains.
