Are you a relationship-builder who loves connecting with people and creating new opportunities? We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to help grow our home care agency by building partnerships, generating leads, and guiding families through the process of getting the care they need.
This is a full-time position offering a base salary + uncapped commission, ideal for someone who is motivated, compassionate, and driven by results.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential referral partners (hospitals, clinics, senior centers, etc.)
- Attend community events, networking groups, and outreach activities
- Follow up with leads and families interested in home care services
- Educate potential clients and partners on the benefits of our care programs
- Track leads and progress using CRM and report on sales activity
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Meet monthly sales goals and support overall growth of the business
- Experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of home care or healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude
- Reliable, organized, and results-focused
- Access to reliable transportation (for local travel as needed)
