Responsibilities :

Work closely with Senior Management to design, develop and implement high quality learning and development programs and resources.

Conduct new hire and current staff training sessions.

Work closely with junior staff on some audits and compilation engagements.

Assess the effectiveness of training programs and utilize feedback to make continuous improvements.

Stay up to date with current changes in accounting and auditing standards-based on CPA Ontario requirements.

Requirements :

You MUST have your CPA designation.

5+ years accounting experience, ideally in public accounting setting with a focus on compliance and financial reporting.

Must have proven experience in designing and delivering engaging and effective training

Ability to take initiative for own learning and development.

Passion to lead and train a team.
