Own where we play: maintain the growth backlog, prioritize segments and initiatives, size value, and translate data/models into clear business cases and acceptance criteria—so the right opportunities move first. This role reports to the Director, Strategic Growth and partners closely with the Senior Manager, Growth Portfolio (How We Win), Director, Advisor Practice Management & Growth, as well as teams across Platform/Delivery, Risk/Legal, Finance/Data, and Sales/Field/GTM.
Position Responsibilities:
Own the growth backlog and roadmap slice (manage scope, sequencing, acceptance, risks, dependencies).
Partners with analytics teams to build/ingest signals, refine propensity models and build opportunity maps (what to sell, when, to whom).
Quantify and prioritize plays: Size value; develop theses with targets and proof plans across cohorts and instrumentation.
Frame strategic choices: recommend product/pricing/comp/policy change requests with supporting economics and risk perspectives.
Enable decisions & execution: prepare decision briefs & handoff packages.
Drive continuous learning: review results post-launch; promote, iterate, or eliminate plays; refresh the roadmap accordingly.
Outcomes you will be measured on
Proof velocity (idea -> decision -> result).
Conversion lift: Model-to-live lift in win rate/conversion.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years in product/growth/analytics in financial services or similar, regulated domains.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong background in growth strategy, segemnation & test design;
Experience turning data/models into funded initiatives (propensity, segmentation, test design).
Deep understanding of advisor ecosystem
Comfort working across business, data & technology teams; skilled at translating between them
CRM/Advisor Platform literacy (objects, queues, flows) and in-flow UX sense.
Finance & Risk dialogue comfort; clear, executive-ready writing.

HybridSalary range is expected to be between
$103,270.00 CAD - $153,270.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact for the salary range for your location.
