Compensation : $80,000 to $85,000 plus commission

Our client, a well-established and highly respected transportation company in North America, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Moncton, NB.

This is a strong opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, growing business, and being part of a company with a supportive culture and real opportunities for advancement. The organization values teamwork, safety, and performance — and they reward people who are motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities :

  • Growing lease revenue across the Atlantic region by developing new business opportunities
  • Strengthening existing accounts and identifying ways to improve profitability
  • Converting rental customers into long-term lease agreements through consultative selling
  • Building and executing territory and account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
  • Preparing and presenting quotes, negotiating agreements, and closing deals
  • Using Salesforce to manage pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service
  • Proactively prospecting for new business using networking, LinkedIn, and other tools

Skills and Responsibilities :

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Transportation industry experience (an asset, not mandatory)
  • Confidence selling to decision-makers at all levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid organizational skills and comfort using Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • A track record of success in a competitive sales environment
  • A motivated, self-driven approach with strong follow-through
