Venor is proud to partner with Accel Property Group (APG) in their search for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Moncton, NB. Accel Property Group is a Moncton-based real estate investment, development, construction, and property management company. APG owns and operates a growing portfolio of multi-family, self-storage, and commercial properties across New Brunswick, and its active construction division delivers multi-family buildings, commercial projects, and custom homes for its own portfolio as well as third-party clients. The Accounting Manager role represents a foundational hire as APG continues to build and strengthen its internal finance function. Reporting into a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization, the successful candidate will take on a broad and diverse accounting mandate spanning corporate accounting, construction and project accounting, and property accounting. This is an opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to play a key role in establishing and evolving the company’s finance function, with significant potential to take on increasing responsibility and grow into a senior finance leadership role over time.
Compensation Range $85K - $115K + Bonus
