We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as an Assistant Manager.

THE DETAILS:

You'll be joining our Centre de liquidation EQ3 Laval team at 1828 Boul. le Corbusier, Laval, QC H7S 2K1, in a full time capacity

  • You'll be joining our EQ3 retail team as an Assistant Manager, leading the store team and driving business results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • You'll act as a leader and ambassador of the EQ3 brand, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service while helping clients create spaces that reflect their style and needs.
  • You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales performance, customer experience, inventory procedures, and operational compliance with EQ3 brand standards and retail processes.
  • You'll recruit, coach, and develop your team to maximize their performance through regular feedback, training, and one-on-one meetings, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and recognition.
  • You'll work closely with your management team to execute retail initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies that drive sales growth and meet company objectives.
  • You'll also oversee scheduling, payroll coordination, reporting, and ensure the store maintains strong operational standards, visual presentation, and inventory accuracy.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3 years of retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills• Proven experience driving sales results and KPI performance
  • Experience with retail systems and operations (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of Storis and SharePoint is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and reports
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are required.
