  • Design and oversee integrations between Epicor and enterprise systems, including Azure services, middleware platforms, Power Platform, analytics environments, and other business applications.
  • Develop and maintain Epicor customizations using BPM workflows, Epicor Functions, Kinetic UI Customization, Application Studio, BAQs, reporting tools, and APIs.
  • Define and manage Epicor data architecture, including master data management, reporting strategies, data migration, and downstream data consumption.
  • Partner with Data, Analytics, Integration, and Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and governed data flows.
  • Establish architectural standards, governance practices, security frameworks, change management processes, and environment strategies.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex Epicor technical issues and work directly with Epicor Support, implementation partners, and vendors.
  • Mentor analysts and developers on Epicor best practices, development standards, and solution design.
  • Evaluate the impact of system upgrades, new modules, third-party applications, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, diagrams, runbooks, and decision records.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP.
  • Experience leading or supporting at least one full-cycle Epicor implementation, upgrade, or migration.
  • Strong knowledge of Epicor modules, including Financials, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Production

  • Experience with Epicor customization tools, including BPM, Method Directives, Data Directives, Epicor Functions, Kinetic UI Customization, Application Studio, BAQs, and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of Epicor data architecture, including tables, relationships, custom fields, and reporting structures.
  • Experience managing Epicor environments, upgrades, and deployment strategies.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting development.
  • Experience with C#/.NET development and API-based integrations.
  • Experience designing and supporting integrations with enterprise systems and middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth , and modern integration patterns.

  • Experience working within construction, manufacturing, distribution, or project-based organizations.
  • Previous experience as a Solution Architect, ERP Manager, Principal Consultant, or ERP Technical Lead.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
