By strategically building extraordinary international partnerships with national ministries in over 40 countries, equipping local believers through Bible-centric discipleship programs to become champions for the Gospel, committed to reaching their own communities with the Living Word of God. Bible League Canada diligently tracks each copy of God’s Word placed, connecting Canadian donor champions with global champions to see maximum impact and multiplying transformation.Responsibilities : Reporting to the Director of Research & Analytics, the Database Coordinator plays a supportive role in the ministry’s data-to-insight-to-decision strategy. This includes ensuring data is entered and maintained properly, and, together with the Research & Analytics Coordinator, working with internal teams to provide data, training, and support so that others can be more efficient and effective in their roles. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with staff and partners effectively and professionally, and display strong attention to detail.Specific responsibilities within the above areas include : Database Administration Work with the Research & Analytics team to stay up to date on Salesforce releases and updates – testing new features before implementationAssist with training new staff / users on how to properly use Salesforce and providing “How-to” instructions / training for all users on new featuresAssist in supporting Salesforce users and licenses Data Management Maintain all data within Salesforce (and other sources) to ensure it is up to date, accurate and compliant with Bible League Canada’s best practices and government standardsPerform annual data clean-up to remove unnecessary data Team Support Provide data and / or training support for internal teams as requestedAssist with creating and updating reports and dashboards to help teams easily access required dataHelp to identify and create efficiencies in current Bible League Canada database management processes Research & Analytics Assist the Research & Analytics Coordinator on selected team projects, as specified.

  • Additional responsibilities may be added in consultation with and at the discretion of supervisor.Education : Secondary diploma and completion of some post-secondary courses in a related field is a requirement. Post secondary diploma or degree is an asset. Salesforce Trailhead credentials - Expeditioner rank to be achieved within first 6 months in roleTraining in IT and relevant computer applications is an asset.
