Weins Auto Group is looking for an experienced Corporate Service Advisor (Multiple Locations) to join our corporate team. This is a unique position that will require you to assist the Service Departments at all of Weins 15 locations! We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable and customer-centric individual to join our Service Teams. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and is the front-line service representative who is responsible for providing our customers with an expectational experience while ensuring their service needs are consistently met for our various vehicle makes and models.
Flexibility and ability to travel across the GTA is required. Our current operating cities include: Toronto, Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Oakville, Whitby, and Barrie. This position will require the successful candidate to be readily available for movement between our various Service Departments on a daily and/or weekly basis.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist with the smooth operations in all areas of the service departments including the quality performance, customer satisfaction, and overall effectiveness and profitability.
- Provide recommendations of procedures and guidelines to all dealerships to assist with ongoing improvements and growth.
- Work with divisional Service Managers to maximize department operations (as required or requested), including but not limited to: assisting with hiring, training, motivating and coaching their team to be a leading team with optimal performance.
- Ensure the sales targets for the services department are met and/or exceeded by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Forecast and track monthly sales and profit objectives. Compile and analyze monthly management reports and complete department reports as required in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Service Department Management within automotive retail is required – please note this is not an entry-level position.
- Strong working knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.). Additionally, experience with CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds and/or PBS is required.
- Strong operational leadership abilities (transparency, reporting, safety first, policy and compliance adherence etc.) along with knowledge of applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations and laws pertaining to automotive repair and service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a proven track record of relationship building, coaching and above-average motivating and presentation skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
Pay Rate: 65,000 - 75,000
