Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Go Expansion Senior Management at the Turnkey level, ensuring the seamless coordination of project management office activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Systems S&TC, Electrification, Systems, Vehicle Suppliers, and transversal support functions), manage key project governance activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and reports, but also support senior management in managing key information and preparing presentations.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Reporting internal and external KPIs

  • Coordinating transversal internal and external reports

  • Overarching needs for production on plans and procedures

  • Coordinating meetings, diaries, and project governance issues across subsystems, partners, and customers

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for regular reporting

  • Preparing and/or editing meeting minutes and presentations

  • Following up on tasks and keeping track of due dates

  • Applying analytical skills to compile summary documents, such as Monthly Progress Reports, Management Plans, and Project Delivery Reviews

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • University/College degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent commercial background

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience

  • Good knowledge of railway products and systems

  • Conflict management and interpersonal skills

  • Team spirit and a collaborative approach

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration within a matrix organization

  • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide clear reporting

  • Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Power BI, Visio, macro programming languages, and project management software

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards leadership roles or specialized project management positions

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is $80,000 – $105,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
