We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto and Vancouver offices. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.
This a 1-year Fixed Term opportunity.
As a Customer Delivery Manager at Peoples Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our financial solutions products for fintech clients across Canada. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Account Management, Sales, Product, Compliance and Risk, to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
About the role:
As a Client Delivery Manager at Peoples Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our financial solutions products for fintech clients across Canada. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Account Management, Sales, Product, Compliance and Risk, to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
About the day-to-day:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of API based fintech solutions for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client implementations, maintaining strong relationships, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for key internal stakeholders.
- Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth updates / transitions for clients looking to modify their services with us.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.
- Assist with documenting process and procedures detailing project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines.
- Act as a liaison to organize workshops, meetings and retrospectives and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on key findings
About the qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management or customer delivery roles.
- Experience working within the banking or fintech industry considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Scrum certification and / or PMP designation would be considered an asset.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Jira) is preferred.
- Experience with APIs and integration methodologies would be an asset.
- An interest in understanding and eventually becoming a SME in the latest in fintech, banking and payments.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to engage various internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills that extend to managing and diffusing conflict.
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives. A team player who is open to receiving and acting on feedback.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, coordinate and schedule.

About the work environment:
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.

Hiring process:

Compensation:
The expected salary for this role is approximately $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
