Smart Savvy Associates is pleased to partner with a Vancouver-based residential property developer in their search for a Marketing Manager for a 1-year contract.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives in a hands-on environmentsomeone equally comfortable developing strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute. Youll oversee marketing campaigns across print digital and experiential channels ensuring brand consistency and measurable results across multiple residential projects.

As the Marketing Manager you will

• Oversee development of all marketing materials ensuring quality alignment and brand integrity.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital print and event channels for residential projects.
• Manage digital marketing programs website content email marketing and social media to drive awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop campaigns and collateral that support revenue goals.
• Monitor marketing performance and analytics providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
• Manage relationships with external agencies designers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute project launches events and open houses that enhance brand and customer experience.
• Maintain and evolve the companys online presence ensuring all content reflects current projects and brand positioning.
• Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends to inform marketing strategies.
