Job description
Cella by Randstad Digital is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client for a Digital Customer Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will support the execution of digital advocacy initiatives, focusing heavily on content operations, data management, and platform administration. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in customer marketing, allowing you to turn user feedback and testimonials into high-impact marketing assets.

Because these opportunities are time-sensitive, qualified candidates are encouraged to apply promptly by submitting an updated resume and any relevant work samples or portfolios.

Advantages
Gain valuable, hands-on experience in customer marketing and digital content operations.

Work alongside a passionate, collaborative team dedicated to driving customer success.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuous opportunities for learning and professional growth.

Directly influence marketing strategy by showcasing authentic customer voices and evidence.

Responsibilities
Content Upload & Management: Upload, tag, and organize customer quotes, testimonials, and story assets within advocacy platforms. Maintain organized asset libraries cataloged by industry, product line, persona, and region.

Program Support & Administration: Assist in managing customer surveys and review campaigns. Track customer submissions, oversee legal clearances, and maintain project calendars and tracking dashboards.

Platform Operations: Support daily advocacy platform functions, pull reporting on evidence content usage, and coordinate basic vendor support or troubleshooting when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (such as Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal) as well as external vendors to gather information, coordinate creative deliverables, and present project status updates.

Qualifications
Degree or professional certification in marketing, communications, or a relevant discipline.

Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.

Comfort working with spreadsheets, digital tools, and content management systems (experience with or willingness to learn advocacy tools like TechValidate or User Evidence is a plus).

Proven project management capabilities with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Summary
If you are a detail-oriented marketing professional ready to help elevate customer voices into powerful brand assets, we want to hear from you. Please submit your application, resume, and relevant portfolios as soon as possible to be considered for this high-priority opening.
