Job description
Cella by Randstad Digital is excited to partner with a global leader in high-end architectural solutions to find a strategic and forward-thinking Strategic Marketing Manager. Our client is an international organization known for its innovative Scandinavian design and dominant market presence.

This is a newly created, hybrid role based in Vaughan, offering the chance to shape the North American marketing landscape for a brand with immense growth potential. You will act as a pivotal link between executive leadership and the marketing team, moving beyond tactical execution to drive long-term brand equity and market share. If you are a collaborative leader who thrives in an open-door culture, we want to hear from you.

Advantages
Global Impact, Local Feel: Work for a world leader in its segment while enjoying the collaborative, "know-your-name" culture of a family-owned business.

Strategic Influence: As a brand-new role, you have a blank canvas to redefine the North American marketing strategy and influence high-level business decisions.

Innovative Product: Represent a high-quality, sustainable product that is gaining significant traction in a low-maturity market with massive upside.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with only two days per week in the Vaughan office.

Professional Growth: Direct visibility to the Executive VP and the opportunity to mentor a talented internal team.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for three key segments: B2B (developers/architects), Dealer Networks, and D2C.

Sales Partnership: Act as a proactive partner to the sales organization, coaching teams on marketing-driven techniques to enhance performance.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide an internal team, including a Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Creator, while managing relationships with external agencies.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to monitor competitive activity and identify new opportunities for growth in North America.

Multi-Channel Oversight: Manage the marketing budget and oversee campaigns across digital (Meta, Google), print, events, and PR, ensuring high ROI and brand consistency.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product and executive teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated with organizational goals.

Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of influencing high-level strategy.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Industry Knowledge: Experience in the building solutions, construction, or architectural sectors is highly desirable.

Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable, results-oriented plans.

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; you should be comfortable spending 80% of your time collaborating internally.

Adaptability: A positive, outgoing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possesses a hands-on approach.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Summary
This is a rare opportunity to join a premier global organization during a phase of significant North American expansion. We are looking for a marketing leader who is as comfortable discussing high-level ROI with executives as they are mentoring a content creator.

This is a time-sensitive opportunity with a target start date by the end of Q1. If you are ready to elevate your career and lead a brand to new heights, please apply promptly by sharing your resume and any relevant work samples or portfolios.
