Who we\'re looking for :
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Content, you will collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and digital analytics teams to produce user-centered content for customer-facing and internal digital platforms (websites and mobile applications). From concept to execution, your work will ensure that every piece of content reflects the Rogers brand, supports customer journeys, and achieves measurable outcomes. If you are a creative problem-solver with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail, this role is for you.

What you\'ll do :
- Content Strategy & Design :
Craft and implement engaging, user-first digital content that aligns with Rogers’ business objectives and brand guidelines.
Write, edit, and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
Manage content production timelines, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and content management system (CMS) dashboards to track content performance and engagement.
Stay up to date on digital content trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
