Install & Commission
Install and commission filtration systems, machinery, and wear-material components at customer sites
Assemble and prep equipment in-house alongside the Engineering team
Complete a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before every job
Service & Troubleshoot
Inspect, service, and repair equipment on-site and remotely
Diagnose equipment and component failures, and lead root cause analysis
Provide remote troubleshooting support to customers
Travel to customer sites across Canada, the U.S., and internationally
Support & Grow the Business
Complete detailed service reports after every site visit
Support the warranty process and follow technical procedures
Promote K Factor products, services, and OEM spare parts
Spot new sales and future-work opportunities in the field
Requirements
Engineering/Technology diploma or degree, or equivalent hands-on experience with filtration equipment
5+ years in an applicable industry, ideally in field service, installation, commissioning, or a factory setting
Solid grasp of the industrial/mining aftermarket and its customers
Comfort reading prints and technical drawings
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Solid computer skills
Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel
