Champion code quality through rigorous code reviews, strategic technical debt management, and informed trade‑off decisions balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term architectural health.

Architect and document robust technical designs, encompassing API specifications, sequence diagrams, and comprehensive system designs that address both high‑level vision and low‑level platform requirements.

Provide technical leadership across internal and external development teams to engineer scalable, efficient, and resilient cloud‑native applications.

Guide development teams through the entire software development lifecycle, build FHIR compliant systems (where applicable), proactively resolving impediments, assisting comprehensive testing, and ensuring seamless production deployments.

What You Bring :

Proven track record as a Senior Software Engineering Leader, complemented by academic qualifications in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

Extensive expertise in designing and implementing robust Cloud‑Native architectures, leveraging key GCP services such as Pub / Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience across the full stack, including modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and robust backend development with Java 11+ and microservices integration patterns.

Possess a holistic mindset encompassing Development, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and a strong commitment to security and privacy best practices.

Proficient in designing and optimizing complex, scalable data models for both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions.

Prior experience within the Healthcare sector is considered an asset.

Familiarity with FHIR‑compliant systems is an advantage.

If you’re up to the challenge, then we would love to hear from you. Apply today, and get the process started.
