Position Summary:

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Administrator will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support for the parts department and Parts Manager.
This is position is an excellent training opportunity to learn our parts products and processes to grow and develop a career with our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Invoice reconciliation, billing and freight charge analysis
• Inputting daily inventory & stock orders into a computer system
• Performing inventory counts and data entry
• Report on progress of orders, inventory levels, and order fulfillment problems.
• Communicate with fellow staff and customers in a polite and professional manner
• Provide superior customer service
• Participate in applicable product training
• Work well independently and with others
• Accurately and efficiently complete projects and special assignments
• Assists parts manager with various administrative tasks as required
• Performs the role in a professional manner that aligns with the Company’s’ values

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience is required.
  Previous administrative experience in inventory, parts or logistics is an asset.
• Self -Motivated and organized with the ability to take own initiative on projects
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft excel
• Flexible to changes in daily tasks when required
• Experience with other operating systems such as CDK is an asset
