Class Action Lawyer – Full-time

We are a leading class action law firm in Canada and are known for tackling complex, novel class actions involving a variety of industries. Our class actions shape the law and deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients – who include businesses, consumers, and vulnerable persons.

We are seeking an associate for an existing vacancy in our Toronto or Vancouver office who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative and intellectually demanding environment.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an associate within our Class Action department.

The class action associate will play a key role in advancing national and regional class proceedings across a range of subject areas, including consumer protection, privacy, product liability, price-fixing, securities, and institutional abuse. You will work closely with senior counsel on all stages of litigation, from investigation and certification to trial and settlement.

Expected Salary : $115,000 to $165,000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. We welcome applications from candidates with a wide range of experience levels.
