The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport – KAG Canada!
Westcan is currently seeking a Professional Class 1 Driver to join our team, with a focus on hauling liquid bulk commodities, eg. Retail fuel, Jet fuel, and Ethanol in Super B tankers out of Sarnia, ON.
Shift: 5 days working in the truck, 2 days off followed by 5 days in the truck working, 3 days off
About the position:
What you bring:
- Class 1/AZ License with a minimum of 2 years of recent highway experience.
- Super B, tanker and off-road experience are a strong asset; willing to stay in the truck for 5 days
- FAST card
- On-site drug and alcohol screen, job abilities assessment, and company paid criminal record search.
Rate of Pay:
Total Base Rate: $34.00
Premium: $1.90
Good Operations Bonus - based on a 55 hour week $0.99 (approx)
Attendance Bonus - based on 55 hours per week, the hourly equivalent earnings for a full attendance bonus at 5.77%: $1.96
Total pay for regular hours: $38.85
Plus $2.35 for hours between 10 PM – 5 AM local time and on weekends
Premium of $5.00 per hour for all hours worked in the US.
