We have an immediate need for a Stockroom Attendant to join our Inventory Control team. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.

What You Will Do

• Maintain organized and clearly identified stockroom locations to support efficient material retrieval and inventory control.

• Issue materials and components to production teams in accordance with work orders, production schedules, and material requests.

• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels within the inventory management system.

• Support material movement between receiving, stockroom storage, and production areas to ensure materials are available when required.

• Maintain safe and clean stockroom conditions while following company procedures for material handling and storage.

Qualification You Must Have

• 2-3+ years of experience working in a stockroom, warehouse, inventory, or materials handling role.

• Experience receiving, storing, and issuing materials in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Computer skills are required, including experience entering transactions into inventory or ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and maintaining inventory records.

• Ability to safely lift and move materials and operate material handling equipment where required.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to support production teams in a fast paced operational environment.

• Knowledge of and compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and internal EHS policies

• Demonstrated commitment to Raytheon ELCAN's values: respect, trust, and team collaboration

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience working with inventory management systems, barcoding, or material tracking tools is considered an asset.

Raytheon ELCAN is located in Midland Ontario, a community known for its technological advancements. Midland offers a perfect blend of urban amenities and natural beauty nestled on the shores of Georgian Bay, making it an ideal place to work, grow, and belong.

The salary range for this role is 44,000 CAD - 80,000 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
