Join a growing Specialty Pharmacy Team. Are you a Registered Pharmacy Technician looking for a stable, rewarding opportunity in Moncton? Join a growing Canadian healthcare organization where you’ll play an important role in supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and the pharmacy team while working in a professional and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician who enjoys accuracy, organization, patient service, and working as part of a high-performing team.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process prescriptions accurately, including data entry, refills, picking, labeling, packaging, and technical release
  • Prepare prescriptions and medication orders for delivery
  • Maintain accurate medication and supply inventory, including purchasing, receiving, expiry checks, and inventory counts
  • Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, healthcare professionals, and internal teams by phone and email
  • Manage dispensing and shipping schedules
  • Process payments and account receivable information
  • Assist with third-party insurance claims and special authorization processes
  • Ensure medications are stored safely and appropriately, including cold-chain products
  • Monitor and report medication storage requirements
  • Follow pharmacy policies, SOPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Support different areas of pharmacy operations as part of a cross-trained team

What You Bring

  • Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in New Brunswick, or eligibility for registration
  • Completion of a CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician program
  • 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience
  • Experience with Kroll is preferred
  • Experience in specialty pharmacy is an asset
  • Knowledge of third-party insurance and special authorization processes is an asset
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
