Job Summary:

Process & receive Hyundai and Kia dealer orders.
Package repaired radio/navigation systems.
Monitor finished goods and packaging material inventory levels.
Ensure inventory levels are sufficient to fill dealer orders.
Overlook system requirements and gather inventory data as needed.
Ensure that all dealer orders are filled daily to avoid backorders and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to dealers who need assistance with system related issues.
Monitor daily backorder status.
Inspect freight for accuracy and/or damage.
Report any damage and quantity discrepancies to Manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in receipt, storage and distribution of merchandise.
Forklift truck, stock chaser, pallet jack experience is a plus.
High school education required.
Ability to operate forklift truck, stock chaser and pallet jack.
Proficient MS Office skills. (Intermediate, Intermediate-Advanced)
Ability to learn quickly with minimal training.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction.
Demonstrate transparency, consistency and efficiency.
