As one of the premier private golf clubs in the Pacific Northwest, we are renowned for our breathtaking views, impeccable 18-hole championship golf course situated over 176-acres, world-class practice facility, exceptional service, innovative dining experiences, and welcoming community.


The Food & Beverage Department is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to assist in overseeing the Club’s banquet events. This role works closely with the entire Food & Beverage team, particularly the Catering Manager, to ensure the seamless execution of all functions. During slower periods, the role will also include regular serving duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee banquet events to ensure smooth and successful execution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event conveners during functions
  • Lead, motivate, and support banquet staff throughout events
  • Assist with training and development of team members
  • Ensure all staff are informed of event details and adhere to Club service standards
  • Make real-time decisions to maintain service quality and event flow
  • Complete end-of-night procedures, including closing functions and ensuring accurate billing
  • Verify server cash-outs for accuracy
  • Lock and secure the building at the end of events
  • Perform additional duties as required


Minimum 2 years experience in a banquet, restaurant, or hospitality leadership role * Experience managing or supervising staff is required * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively * Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required * Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
