Summary :
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development / Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is vital in sourcing and identifying potential clients for our commercial real estate brokerage services, with a primary focus on the USA markets. In addition to lead generation, you will play a key team leadership role, working closely with internal and external lead generators to ensure that leads are of the highest quality. As an integral member of the team, you'll conduct market research, source leads, proactively reach out to potential clients, and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate is results-driven, resourceful, and possesses strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy and Messaging : Identify our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on historical data. Refine messaging and conduct A / B tests to appeal to key decision-makers, such as real estate developers, investors, and owners primarily based in the US.
- Research and Lead Generation : Leverage commercial real estate databases, LinkedIn, conferences, business groups, and market research to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads that match our ICP.
- Team Leadership : Lead and direct the efforts of other lead generators both internally and externally, ensuring daily and weekly lead generation targets are met. Mentor and coach your team members to improve their outreach methods.
- Outreach and Client Engagement : Execute outreach strategies (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients and set appointments for further discussions.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
- Collaboration and Strategy Development : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead conversion strategies, optimize outreach methods, and enhance client engagement.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting : Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the commercial real estate sector in the US. Provide valuable insights to the team.
- Client Interaction and Relationship Building : Serve as the primary point of contact for initial inquiries. Qualify leads and build lasting relationships with prospects.
- Reporting : Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track your activities and those of the lead generation team, reporting weekly on progress and results.
- Tech Stack Management : Manage and update the tools we use for outbound outreach, ensuring opportunity data is stored accurately in CRM pipelines. Develop workflows and integrate tools like CRM, cold-emailing software, and Zapier.
