This role is a blend of strategic account management and aggressive market expansion. You will be responsible for representing a beloved brand and its private label capabilities to major corporate stakeholders in the grocery, restaurant, and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities- Strategic Hunting: Identify and close new business opportunities in untapped markets (Convenience, Leisure, Cruise, etc.).
- Account Stewardship: Manage and grow assigned high-volume corporate accounts, ensuring "Gold Standard" service levels.
- Private Label Execution: Navigate the complexities of private label sales, working with corporate buying teams rather than individual store owners.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to the SVP and Sales Director.
- Travel: Attend trade shows and client meetings across Canada and the United States (Passport required).
Qualifications- Experience: 4–7 years of professional sales experience within Food Manufacturing or CPG.
- Sector Knowledge: Proven track record in Private Label sales and corporate-level negotiations.
- Technical Fit: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Assessment: Willingness to complete a Predictive Index (PI) behavioral and cognitive assessment.
- Location: Ability to commute to the Milton/Halton region 2 days per week.
