Oscardo is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Admin department. This role plays an important part in keeping our daily operations organized and running smoothly, especially across general administration, accounts receivable/payable, data entry, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Create shipping labels for outgoing office shipments
Coordinate with the Sales team for UPS package drop-offs
Accounts Payable
Prepare reports and calculate commissions and royalties
Verify commercial invoices against purchase orders and adjust for discrepancies
Accounts Receivable
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients’ AP departments
Collaborate with the Sales team when payment issues arise
Systems & Invoice Updates
