Job Summary

We are hiring a General Labour/Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Niagara Falls area. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation, production, or hands-on shop experience who are looking for steady weekday hours and the opportunity to build long-term skills in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and support machinery in a manufacturing shop environment.
- Cut components to required measurements and production specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with general labour duties to keep production running smoothly.
- Learn additional machine processes, including threading, through on-the-job training.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $19 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
