Advantages
Pay Rate: $19-21/hr
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Location: Waterloo, ON (transit accessible)
Work Type: Full-time hours, contract with potential to extend


Responsibilities
- Build high-quality products and components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures, strictly adhering to blueprints, technical specs, and work instructions.
- Set up, operate, and make routine adjustments to production machinery to ensure a smooth, efficient assembly process.
- Inspect incoming parts and finished products for defects, ensuring 100% compliance with our quality standards, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation, always prioritizing established health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and tracking the components needed for production runs.
- Keep precise, up-to-date logs of production data, including completed units, time spent, and required paperwork.
- Work closely with teammates and supervisors to stay aligned on production targets and meet tight deadlines.
- Stay adaptable and ready to assist with other production-related tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in assembly.
- Experience using hand tools or power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small components and tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
