Assembly Technician – Full-Time Waterloo, ON

Location: Waterloo, ON
Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00/Hour (Paid Weekly) + 4% Vacation Pay
Shift: Straight Days or Afternoons (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities
- Product Assembly: Utilize hand and power tools to efficiently assemble high-quality mechanical components and products.
- Guide & Schematic Reading: Read, interpret, and follow basic assembly blueprints, templates, and production guides.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of completed parts to detect defects and ensure all items meet strict quality standards prior to packaging.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation and strictly adhere to all plant safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications
- Hands-On Experience: At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse environments, general labor, or construction.
- Exceptional Reliability: A proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
- Physical Capabilities: Comfort standing for long periods, performing repetitive manual tasks, and lifting production materials.
- Positive Attitude: A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
