As an Assembly Test Operator, you will be a necessary member of a team that works on theexciting process that converts batches of blank silicon wafers (called wafer lots) into carriers for completed integrated circuits. At our Burlington site, our Operators work with the completed carriers to test and assemble them in order to get them out and into the world as soon as possible!

Responsibilities

Your day to day as an Operator will consist of the following :

• Performingspecific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions that are integral to the production of semiconductor devices.
• Operatingvarious equipment in order to perform the following functions : material preparation, process set-up, solder printing, component attach, wirebond, encapsulation, dicing, electrical test operation, documentation completion, data entry, process monitoring,and inspections.
• Performing and supporting device assembly and test operations as assigned
• Working a shift schedule (8 hour shifts, either during the day or the afternoon), and having the flexibility to change shift assignments from time to time as needed
• Executing tasks and assignments in a timely and effective matter
• Performing in-process inspections, SPC data entry and MES transactions
