Production Microscope Soldering Technician

Responsibilities: Perform basic SMT and thru hole hands component soldering Basic ability to read PCB assembly drawings and related documents, ECOs, assembly instructions Utilize electrical and manual tools such as soldering iron, desoldering equipment and solder removal tools Basic understanding of PCB assembly processes, component installation sequence of thru hole components Qualifications: Should have fine pitch soldering experience using a microscope Soldering or removal of multiple components on a circuit board Requires excellent speed and accuracy Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Bills of Materials Able to use a microscope to solder for extended periods What we offer: Employer funded benefits program Competitive total compensation package Work-life balance Employee Assistance plan Employee Discount Platform Career progression Casual work environment Social events and sports teams Location: Burlington, Ontario (in-office position) Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours.
