Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

This position involves assembling parts according to drawings and procedures, utilizing tools and fasteners to ensure quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations for units of various shapes and sizes.
• Follow specified and established methods and procedures to complete designated assemblies using hand and power tools and test equipment.
• Conduct, analyze, and record test results.
• Ensure that each job meets all requirements before leaving the work center.
• Meet or exceed established production levels.
• Participate in supplier development.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience performing mechanical assembly.
• 1+ years of experience performing electrical assembly.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Experience working with blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with wiring and blueprint reading.

Work Environment

Work in a medium-sized manufacturing company featuring 6 assembly work stations, 8 welding cells, a paint booth, and an epoxy mold department with over 10 machines. The facility spans over 200,000 square feet, boasting a very clean environment with bright lighting.

Shifts Available...

• Day shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Afternoon shift - 3:30pm - 12:00am

Pay

• Starting at $19 an hour, up to $23 based on experience and shift premiums.
