Description :
Looking for a kind and reliable companion for my wife, Sandra, a young 60 year old woman who is recovering from a severe anxiety episode and is now stable under medical care. Only someone with a back ground in Cognitive Behavior Therapy & experience with Anxiety & Depression will be considered.
Responsibilities would include :
Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Companionship and conversation
Going for walks or light exercise, motivation
Occasional rides to medical appointments
Helping maintain a routine,
Schedule :
Approximately 3 visits per week for a few hours each visit.
Sandra is independent with personal care; the role is primarily for supportive companionship, huge emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, activity encouragement, driving her to medical appointments from time to time.
