| Salesforce Data Migration Lead/Sr. Admin - Health Cloud Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise • 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience • Proficient in SOQL with ability to write complex queries for data validation • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, record types) • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud is highly preferred • Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, ETL tools) Core Competencies • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Proven ability to manage ambiguity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments • High degree of patience and persistence in troubleshooting data issues • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Administrator certification • Experience migrating patient data in healthcare/pharmaceutical domains • Understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPEDA, PIPEDA) • Exposure to Dataproc, Apache Spark, or similar big data tools |
