We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Systems Administrator to support payroll operations and HR system integrity across multiple Canadian provinces. This role has become available due to an immediate vacancy and requires a professional who can step into a fast-moving environment and manage critical payroll and employee data functions with accuracy and accountability.
The successful candidate will report to the Payroll Manager and work within a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and administer payroll for employees in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta, ensuring accuracy and legislative compliance
Maintain and update employee records, including new hire setup, system changes, and data integrity audits
Manage benefits enrollment and pension-related administration
Prepare payroll, compliance, and workforce reports for internal stakeholders
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and system-related issues
Support process improvements related to payroll operations and HRIS data management
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll or HR systems role
Proven working experience with ADP payroll systems
Strong understanding of multi-provincial payroll legislation and compliance
High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Work Arrangement
Hybrid model : 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
