YOUR IMPACT
The Courseware Development team creates learning content for a wide range of OpenText products and solutions, supporting both internal and external customers. This role focuses on producing high‑quality, technical learning materials in various formats—conventional manuals, distance learning, eLearning (including video and simulation), student books, instructor presentation materials, online content, certification exam questions, and more. You will work in a dynamic environment with frequent product updates and minimal travel. Note : This role works in office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
YOU ARE GREAT AT
- Planning, designing, and creating new courses in various learning content formats as demand arises.
- Updating existing courseware and determining necessary changes when new product and solution versions are released, including research and testing of new product functionality.
- Managing each course update or new course as a project, meeting deadlines and milestones.
- Acting as a subject matter expert to assist team members and being supported in return.
- Reviewing and testing peer learning content.
- Delivering training to OpenText employees, customers, and partners in your area of expertise, including train‑the‑trainer sessions and annual user conferences.
- Working with and creating virtualized lab environments.
- Communicating effectively with the Senior Manager of Courseware Development to provide feedback on projects, schedules, priorities, and other responsibilities.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
