Job Description
:Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications to support business operations in the banking sector.
Work with key mainframe components including SCA, MCA, JCL, and NDM.
Perform functional testing and ensure system integrity through various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow to track development progress, manage requirements, and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of Mainframe Development experience, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows, UNIX, and LINUX operating systems.
Proficient in working with RDBMS and Oracle 19C databases.
Expertise in functional testing and familiarity with automation testing is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities.
