Major Responsibilities :
Oversee and verify the accuracy of records, SOPs, logbooks, and monitoring charts, ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines.
Train technical staff on cGMP, HSE, and SOP compliance.
Adhere to PPE requirements, drive HSE culture, escalate hazards promptly, and participate in routine HSE checks. Ensure chemicals are stored and managed according to HSE standards.
Accurately perform formulation calculations, cleaning checks, and environmental monitoring. Report process deficiencies and ensure equipment and areas meet GMP standards.
Complete SAP transactions, Pharm net web activities, and enter data (Shop Floor Data, LIMs, Master forms) accurately and timely.
Assist in facility, equipment, and process improvement projects, including writing specifications, modifying SOPs and BPRs, and performing equipment validations (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Contribute to the implementation of corrective actions, assist in CCR and CAPA management, and prepare trending reports and SPC data analysis.
Maintain a tidy production area following GMP and 5S guidelines, disinfect as required, and ensure cleanliness in loading docks, hallways, and office areas.
Animate visual management tools and supply airlock with gowning materials as needed.
About You :
Education and Experience : Minimum of a 4-year bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Bioengineering, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred : 2-year master's degree in the same fields and 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of microbiology, protein purification, and aseptic techniques. Proficiency in chemistry and mathematics.
Familiarity with cGMP and cGLP standards.
Basic mechanical skills, initiative, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal skills, and stress / time management.
Experience with SAP, Visio, MS Access, and JMP.
Hours Of Work :
Inclusive from Monday to Friday 10 : 00 p.m. -6 : 00 a.m. (starts from Sunday at 10 : 00 pm ends Friday at 6 : 00 am)
