Experience Summary :

  • 6+ Years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant and Project Coordinator.
  • Strong Communication and Requirement Gathering Skills.
  • Ability to do gap fit Analysis and provide suggestion on the design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into tailored CRM solutions.
  • Provide ongoing user support by addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor the team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities to ensure high performance and development.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, addressing their concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Foster both client satisfaction and team morale, balancing both effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Manage project resources to meet deadlines and deliverables, ensuring optimal use of time and effort.
  • Extensive experience in upgrading Dynamics 365 CE from on-premises to online environments, including data migration and system deployment.
  • Experience of working with complex integrations.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service and Project Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, integration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Skilled in managing the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and post-deployment

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Copilot for AI-driven insights and natural language processing
  • Skilled in Azure services integration and ensuring data security and compliance

  • Strong UX design and customization skills, including custom plugins and workflows
  • Knowledgeable in Agile project management and effective stakeholder management
  • Capable of delivering end-user training and leading change management initiatives
  • Industry-specific experience in tailoring Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Optional certifications : Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, etc.
